Enemas...
 

hey guys!! question it has been about 3 years since i have been a btm, wanting to get back into it. when using a enema how many hours before should u use it to be all cleannnnnnn? also is it okay to use summer eve or a womens douche? i am sure there is a topic already on this but i didnt' see it..thanks for the information contact me here or by email in profile...;)

Do not use a femme douche. Those are made for vaginas not large intestines (like your ass). Try using Fleets Enema or use the drugstore's brand such as Rite Aid's version. In either case, it will be a saline solution which is more appropriate for you lower large intestine.

I would say do it at least a couple of hours before.

Here's what I do... Get the fleet enemas but dump out the liquid. It causes severe cramps, and is generally unpleasant. Instead fill the bottle with warm water and use it. ****** it up there and wait about five minutes. Use the bathroom and repeat. Give it about ten minutes, and if you dont feel the urge to go anymore (usually its just extra water wanting out), then you are good to go. The Fleet stuff can cause you to go and go for a while. I like water better!
