I don't want to start a debate on the pro and cons of circumcision I just want to know where else besides the US would you likely find a circumcised cock? Israel doesn't count.

I think all Muslims are circumsized, so anywhere you find Muslims you will also find cut dick. In fact, I met a Turk from Russia who emphasized that he was Muslim by saying, "I'm circumsized," which also leads me to believe that Russian men are not.
