Age More Likely Than Weight
 

I read your post. I my opinion, your weight is not as big a factor as age unless you have put on a lot of weight. I'm not young enough to sling my legs over my lover's shoulders anymore, and my knees are too sore to kneel. So I have to either bend over a chair or lay on my side. Use of a body sling is also a good alternative, but not always something I carry around with me.

However, I would also recommend that you have a prostate exam to be sure there aren't any underlying problems.
