1. So I was watching clips of bottoms cumming while being fucked, without touching their dicks; the famous "hands free" "anal orgasm", a.k.a. prostate orgasm, progasm, sissygasm, analgasm, etc.

I guess it's a real thing; what can one do to promote it, or make it happen?
