Phuket motor scooters
 

I have heard that it is not a wise idea to rent and ride a motor scooter in Phuket, due to the number of accidents involving them. Is this true and would it be foolish to rent one? I am an experienced motorcycle driver.

I rented one for nearly three weeks without incident. But,
on the other hand, my BF, who lives in Phuket, had an
accident on his a few years ago. I will rent again, but I advise
defensive driving.
