Bars in Phuket
 

Any information on the bar scene in Phuket now? As its in the south, are there more muslim (and therefore circumcised) boys working in the bars?

No, the regional make-up of the boys is pretty much the same as in Bangkok: mostly Northern and Isarn boys. You can sometimes find southerners, some of them Muslim. But they're by no means in the majority.

Thanks goodness, most of the boys are from Isaan or Northern and Central provinces. That means, they're Buddhists and thus - fortunately! - uncut.
I only once had a boy who was cut - probably a Southerner - and I ended up to send him packing as his circumcised dick was a total turn-off to me. The head of his penis was not smooth but rather rough and callous. And what was worst - there was no forskin to play with.
I deem penile circumcision a REPUGNANT MUTILATION of a part of the body, comparable to the female genital circumcision.

I didn't ask for ANY opinions on the rightness or wrongness of male circumcision, thank you!

English = "each to his taste"

What we say in our own words may be idiosyncratic and follow the preferences of a personal linguistic style but what we quote should be correct...
Therefore: Chacun Ã* son goût (French for 'each to his taste')

As I recollect, I wasn't consulted about circumcision...I think my parents made that decision without my input.

Yes, back to the topic. I was last in Phuket a couple months ago. My Way was still the best place in town, and I didn't find any others that I'd say would be worth going out of our way for. My recommendation would be to start at My Way, and gradually make your way around the bars in the area until you find what you're looking for.
