Koi Samui is pretty tame these days
 

Just got back from Samui. Cheweng beach has changed so much I didn't recognize it. Three small host bars in Soi Starbucks (I kid you not). The guys tended to be on the young and thin side. The cutest guys I saw were in a free drag show. After the show you could meet the performers and a couple of of the supporting dancers were adorable.

I stayed at the Papillon Resort. It advertises on Thaiboy.net. It didn't seem particularly gay, but pretty comfortable and no attitude about my Thai friends. It's at the bottom of a long drive at the very end of the beach so a jeep or motorcycle is very helpful.

There are a couple of gay bungalows advertised but I didn't seem them.
