How much does one pay to take a boy out at a gogo bar in BKK these days? Is it cheaper in Chiangmai?

I ask this old question because a Thai friend told me they'd never tip more than 500B! I was like ...!!!!????

Are you talking about off fees or tips for the boys? If its off fees, its mostly Bht300 for most bars and Bht400 for some others.
If its tips you are mentioning about, Bht500 is definitely a NO for most of the gogo boys in Bangkok.

I always pay 300 B to off a guy.Then the manager or mamasan can boldly ask you to tip him aside.I give him 50 B.I've heard that in Pattaya the off tip is 400 B.Is that true?

My friend in exxitbar told me they now have 400 Baht off-fee. Bad for the boys. Most of them meet customers after closing.

for bkk, tawan and the bbb group (dreamboy, boys bangkok, etc) off fee is 400bht. all the rest are 300bht. for off fee.

i usually tip 50bht for the waiter if they do not give me coins for change, otherwise i leave them the coins which i think they purposely give so that you give it to them as tip.

And to the boys?

I've never given less than 1,500 Baht, and doubt that they'd accept less in Bangkok - unless you know one of the boys really well.

Whats the off fee for the bars in pattaya , and would 1200bht be ok for the boys tip.( i was last in pattaya over a year ago) but due again soon

I've never paid more than 1,000 baht to any boy anywhere for services rendered. And, I've never been given disappointed looks by the boy either. Of course, I don't take boys for long-term....only for short-term. As a full-time resident of BKK, earning income in Thailand, I'd say that 1,000 baht is plenty.

I too have never paid more than 1000 baht short time. I've never offed anyone from Tawan or the BBB group but have heard the boys there are more demanding.

I always pay 2000 B for boys from Future boys.I'm told that it's too much but I'm just affraid that if i start to bargain,he would make love with less quality in bed.I maybe wrong.But in the meantime,I don't tip him extra,I don't give taxi fee either,thinking that 2000 B is inclusive of everything.

"So how much would the boys in Golden Cock and/or Nature Boys be worth?"......800-1500 baht based on performance and your generosity. From my experience boys from bars in this general area are less demanding than the boys from Soi Twilight bars.
