K PLACE Sauna = Just looking
 

I have finnaly visited this sauna ( so , I have just deleted the old thread titled " ANOTHER new sauna in BKK " )

They charge 99 Bahts currently , and free entry for young guys between 20 and 23yo on Wed .
They advertise they open at 3PM every day .

You just walk into Pahoyolthin Road , Soi 12 , there's no other commercial establishments on this soi ( about 3 to 5 minutes walk from pak soi ), so you can find this place very easily .

The Clientele ? I am not sure yet . They have just opened lately .
But today , before 8:30PM , the majority of customers were in their 30's nad the most of them are Chinese origin .

I couldn't find any very cruisy spots .
The most of customers just INSPECTING this new sauna .
Not really cruising .

The roof top garden is a just waste of space .
They have so many things to learn from other saunas and there are so many to be improved , if they want to survive in this area .
I am quite sure they cannot get any shares from FAROSE or 39 , but maybe from CHAKRAN , because they have a car park space .

There are 10 private cabins on the second floor which you can lock the doors .
2 of them are big enough to play an orgy .
There are a plenty of private shower booths , but there's no common shower room , so you cannot show off yr ASSETT .:p

The dark room is plain and empty , the dry and steam saunas are usually not cruisiy .
The jaccuzi is in outdoor .
They provide a full size of thick towel in yr locker and PHA KA MA like cloth ( I don't know how and where we have to use this )

Will I go back there again ?
Maybe not in 6 months , unless I hear any good news from you .
