I don't know about the pump, but they do cut off the circulation with a crude cock ring (usually just a rubber band) so they can stay fully engorged as they strut around the room.

Anyway, all the pumps and rubber bands in the world aren't going to make a three-inch cock look like an eight-inch one, so it's still a pretty good way to spot a winner.

I personally think that "tying it up" with rubber bands every single night of the week is going to "cost" these guys in their future lives.
