The security guards were once fairly aggressive here, but every time I go into the bogs (on any level) there seem to be members of The Penis Watchers' Society everywhere. I'm not sure if Westerners are more obvious as they cruise around; there's one guy there every day who looks as though he's a cousin of King George VI, but I've never seen him have any luck. The "facility" in nearby Central (past the acres of women's bras) seems pretty hit-and-miss too - but again security is patchy. Anyone with recent experiences either way?
