Also, let's face it, many people like tacky, and that's the Malaysia. The Pinnacle. with all its recent renovations, is really more upscale. The price difference for a similar grade room booked with Jimmy is about 250 Baht, but Malaysia does not include breakfast so the real difference is almost nil.
