Hotel with wireless internet in the rooms
 

Any suggestions for a hotel close to Silom or at least close to a BTS station that has internet access in the rooms, and doesn't cost a fortune :) I usually stay at the Asia Hotel but they don't offer wireless, and the internet shops around there are not very good.

Has anyone stayed at the Ambassder lately? How easy is it to get someone into your room?

What is your budget?
 

The Tarntawan Place hotel advertises that it has wireless Internet in the rooms, and for no extra cost. http://www.tarntawan.com

The SalaDang Place serviced apartments on Saladang Road say they have wireless Internet in the rooms, with various daily or weekly packages available. Ask them for particulars by e-mail. http://www.saladangplace.com However, I understand they don't allow visitors without charging a joiner fee.

The Pinnacle Lumpinee has wireless internet available in the rooms, but it's extra and stupidly expensive($6/hr!). However, there is an internet shop right outside and another even better across Rama4 (They run $1/hr).

Tarntawan does have free wireless in the rooms, in addition to the two net-connected computers off the lobby.

I am told Pinnacle has a deal good for a month.400 baht ?......anyone familiar with it

I hear that Omyim Lodge has free wireless internet and is gayfriendly, near a skytrain station too.
