-- Last monday I was in Silom Complex Shopping Plaza, (by BTS. Sala Daeng, [S2.],), and noticed that the IN-house Sec. Gds. were not wearing their usual grey jkts. & trousers but yellow shirts over dark bl. trousers, like many another - this made it MORE difficult to pick them out amongst those entering and leaving.
- In the CR. on the 2fl. I saw and heard the smaller of two gds., who had come-in quietly on patrol, shouting at a farang and at a couple of TH. boyz who were availing of adjacent *r*n*ls - naughty, naughty.

You're right, Sextile. The guards at Silom Complex are being much more vigilant now. Not only that, the "PEST" from Big C that we've all talked about in the past has now, also moved to Silom Complex. So, between vigilant guards and a PEST who interrupts anything and everything that anyone else gets going, it's probably best to find somewhere else to cruise for awhile.

- Thanks for the bad news, but your warning appreciated!
- Maybe we'll start going-back to 'BIG C.' R'damri.? Ha!
- Looks like there are fewer and fewer safe places in wch. to cruise, :-(

The toilets inside central department store in Silom Complex second and fourth floor, there used to be a lot of cruising and no guards. I havenīt been in BKK for a while so I donīt know how it is today.

-- Passiv.,
- About a yr. or so ago a TH. acquaintance advised me against availing of those facilities as, at that time, (and maybe still now?), plain clothes Sec. Gds., employed by the Dep't. Store, were on patrol - in fact a couple of them who entered noiselessly and witnessed what was happening took him aside for a short & sharp talk: he was advised to avoid going to those CRs. and to use the more public ones in the Complex.
- I drop-in to the Dep't. Store's CRs. v. occasionally and still manage to encounter their uniformed & softly shod Sec. Gds. from time-to-time.
- AYOR..

-- Last tue., 06th., having some time avail. in the evening I cruised-around 'BIG C.', R'damri., around and about 19.hrs.: v. quiet, but enough of their softly shod and sour faced para-mil'y. sec. gds. patrolling to discourage anything.
- Then to 'SIAM DISC'Y. CNTR.' and up to the 6fl. toilets: again all too quiet; even other Comfort Rooms on lwr. fls. were NTR., (Nothing To Report.),.

-- Y'day., (13th. - 'Unlucky for some.' - ha!), I went to 'LOTUS-TESCO.' at On Nut, (BTS.: E9.),. Since the inst'n. of the dividers between the *r*n*ls it has become dead :-( . True, I saw a few likely looking lads in either the s'mkt. or the mall itself - but that was all.
- Then to 'BIG C.', R'damri., where I arr'd. about 19hrs., and saw only one prospect in the GF. CR.: a tallish man with an attactively tanned body but whose face is starting to shew the passing yrs. - but he seemed to be shy. Otherwise nothing. Sec. gds. quite active in checking-out the CRs..
- Then to 'SIAM DISC'Y. CNTR.', wch. again was all too quiet, and wch. I quit at 21.oo.hrs. - their CLOSING time.
- Finally I looked-in at 'TOPS.' in 'Robinson's, (Rama IV.:Si Lom i'sect.), and where one youngish man was displaying himself - uncut & quite well endowed - discreetly.

A venue I've had success in the past, which I never see mentioned is Amarin Plaza, (opposite Central) BTS Chit Lom.

Its a quiet centre with a C.R. on every floor at the rear by the car park entrances, and while the patrons are generally not as young as Silom, I recently was able to assist a horny 19 y.o. who needed to shoot his load. Some security but pretty laid back. Players tend to assend the escalators and decend the back stairs looking for eye contact before wandering back to one of the C.R.s

Well, as I live almost next door, this place was a natural for me. Yes, in the past it was a very active cruising place. Notably the very large men's room on the 1st floor. That one is closed for several years now.

Since the renovation cruising dropped from active via not very active to practically zero.

Be careful, the guards are far more active than one might assume. Also, the cleaning ladies take their jobs seriously. You can hardly take a leak without one polishing the urinal next to you.

About careful guards: be extremely careful on the 6th floor (cinema) in Big C. I have spotted the supervisor entrapping people. He walks in, notice some people pretending to take a leak. Walks out. Comes back two minutes later, and collects money for not arresting them.

URGENT WARNING

-- This a'noon. while in SILOM COMPLEX SHOPPING CENTRE I was advised by one of my 'Talking Boyz.' that the Police, (whether IN-House Sec. Gds., [in grey.], or BKK's. Finest.), had arrested a couple of boyz in the 4fl. CR., (for doing what? I couldn't discover.),.
- I was told directly and asked to pass-on to others, particularly to farangs, to: STAY-OUT of SCSP. on Sunday, 18th.!

-- I was in SILOM COMPLEX SHOPPING PLAZA, (by BTS. Sala Daeng, [S2.],), over last week-end, (24/25 nov.),.
- Both times my 'Talking boyz.' pointed-out a pr. of plain clothes policemen leaning on the railings, observing the scene and those using the escalators and de-escalators.
- Discretion advised.

-- Last friday,(30th.), I cruised-around 'EREWAN SHOPPING PLAZA.'; possibly because the janitresses were to be seen there was no activity?
- Then to 'BIG C.', R'damri., arr'd. around 19hrs.. Some janitresses to be seen, but none of the para-mil'y. Sec. Gds. - instead there were some guys wearing white shirts over black & track-suit type trousers with 'JONES LANG LASALLE.' on each leg padding around noiselessly. Only v. little eye-candy.
- Finally to 'SIAM DISC'Y. CNTR.' and up to the 6fl., again all too quiet. Just a little activity around 20.45hrs. in the 4fl., with a not too facially attractive young man, but adequately enough endowed, going into a toilet with another man for some hanky-panky. Also a couple of young men sniffing 'Poppers.', both well-enough endowed for Thais, but neither wanted anything to do with this aged farang.

-- Over this week-end, according to my 'Talking Boyz.', no plain clothes Police were spotted in SILOM COMPLEX SHOPPING PLAZA; but janitresses were in evidence.

-- After my journey of discovery to 'LAM THONG.' movie-house I walked-back to Lumphini Park, whither I've not been for several months, arriving there about 19hrs..
- Dead - too well lit for any activities; a few ortho-sexual couples seen sitting chastely on the green grass.
- I left around 20hrs..
-Possibly Suan Saranrom - opp. Grand Palace, and between Charoen Krung, Sanamchai, Bamrung Muang and Rachini rds. - might be more rewarding? Does anyone else have any further info.?

The Suan Saranrom area is strictly rent, and strictly AYOR. There are some cuties around there, though, and their expectations are not as high as those of their Silom cousins. Be very careful.
