Bangkok Sanua update?
 

Hi,

I will be coming to Bangkok during the Christmas holidays so can anyone provide me a list of hot saunas in Bangkok? And also dates/times for "naked day/night" for those saunas?

I will be arriving in Bangkok late night next Saturday, is there any saunas open until Sunday morning and worth to visit?

Ok, just checked www.dreadedned.com and came up with the following list of BKK's "hottest" saunas. Did I miss any other interesting saunas here and can you make comments and updates on those saunas? Thanks alot!!!

39 Underground Sauna - very popular and even more popular on Tuesdays (naked night) and Fridays (lap-lap night)

Babylon - very popular. underwear and foam parties and jazz Fridays

Chakran - very popular.

Farose - the most popular sauna in BKK and open from noon until 6am morning.

Sauna Mania - Very popular particularly on special nigths with very small loin cloths or other small wraps!

The list is not really updated . maybe
 

The hottest sauna is definitely MUFFIL .
I think our moderater , Icon would agree . ;)

If you are a young slim Thai , THIS IS MUST .
This one opens till morning .

Thanks for the reply. You are the sauna expert. How do I get to Muffill from Silom? Other than Muffill and Babylon, what other saunas you think worth a visit?

Muffil is very far from Silom. Depending on the time of day, it could take you 45 mins or more by taxi. If at the right time, you could get there by klong boat from Pratunam, getting off at the Mall Bangkapi; there are also buses of course.

I think I can take SkyTrain from Silom and get off at Ratchathewi station and take klong boat at Hua Chang pier to Mall Bankapi and walk north to Lat Phrao 113. Or I can take SkyTrain to Lat Phrao station, from there, take a bus east along Lat Phrao road to Lat Phrao 113. And if I stay after midnight, I will have to take a cab back to Silom. Right?

Except Muffill and Babylon, I am thinking to visit 39 Underground and Sauna Mania, are they still popular?

your profile and posts don't give a lot of info about you, but before spending 45 minutes in a taxi or using three modes of transport to get to the middle of nowehere and try to sample the delights of Muffil I would suggest you try one of the more accessible "local" style saunas first to see if they are worth visiting - depending on your age/body/style you may well be wasting your time

I have a tall, slim (but certainly not good body) 60 year old American friend who is fairly outgoing (and well hung) and he has a great time at 39 and Sauna Mania - and probably would at Muffil - but as a fat boring old fart myself I never seem to have much luck there so tend to stick to Babylon or at a pinch Cruising II or GSM!

Thanks, bbkguy. I am Asian in his early 40s, decent look and still have some lucks in saunas and sex clubs. :-) I am into Asian and Caucasian men from college type to mascular ones. I have only been to Babylon and Chakran. For this trip, I would like to try different saunas. And based on www.dreadedned.com, I came cross a few saunas that would interest me but I would like to have an update on these places, eg, 39 Underground and Sauna Mania. Since Muffil is the hottest sauna, I am very curious so 45 min trip is worth it.

I have NEVER seen negative reports in Thai-Japanese gay webboards about MUFFIL .
All of them reported they got at least one young slim guy there .
Even 2 hours travelling time would worth it .
And I hope you will want to come back every day . ;)

what is the difference between Friday night "nothing night and Sunday night "naked night" at sauna mania.
and at "sumo night" are small loincloth worn all through the sauna? :confused:

I heard the rumor that MUFFIL was not busy as before , because someone died over there .
Anyone knows about this incident ? :(

Rumor is a rumor. Staff at muffil confirmed on a Thai board that it\'s not true. But it seems true that there have been fewer people at muffil recently. Have you checked out Farose 2 ?. Rumor says there have been hundreds of people. Don\'t know if this is the same Mr Rumor.
