Pattaya questions
 

I visit Bangkok several times every year for business - and never miss a chance to also tour the boy-bars.
Don´t like the traditional bars with shows and boy-parades - but love the NB/GC/Solid-type of bars where the boys circulate freely and you can get to know them before deciding what to do.
To get som variation I am thinking of going to Pattaya for some days.
Are there bars of the kind I like - and if so, which ones?
What is the best way to go from BKK (airport or city) to Pattaya?
Any hotel recommendations (use to stay at hotels like Swiss Lodge, Silom serene and similar)?

Super Boys is the place in Pattaya for you. Its away from the other bars but not hard to find and easy walking from Paridise complex.. Look on the map in Spice magazine. Several boys had their puds out and pulling them for your entertainment. Wanted to off a sexy 18 year old but turnes out Police had his ID (helmet violation?). The upstairs room was an option but not for me. Drinks were 100 baht.

I think you're talking about Super Boys in Phuket -- but the question was about Pattaya. Unless there's a Super Boys in Pattaya, too?

Forget what you just read above! Super Boys is in Patong. Must be my jetlag. Just returned to Calif. 18 hours ago.

Now for Pattaya Info.

I took a taxie from Pinnacle Hotel to Pattaya for 1300 baht including expressway tolls. Stayed at Howards Guest House and Bar for 600 baht, www.howards-pattaya.com. Room was large enough and very clean and has a safe. Includes breakfast but coffee/tea is 100 baht extra which is more than breakfasts at many good resturants. Howards is on Soi 17 which leeds to Sunnee Plaza concentration of bars.

Six to ten staff/bar boys hangout in the lobby and they insist on getting aquainted. Have fun, I did.

When i know right superboys is still closed in sunee plaza but there is holiday2 where the boys play with the cocks. Superboys in Patong has mostly older boys but with big dicks.

You might give the Krazy Dragon a try.. It is also in Sunee Plaza with a nice mix of dancers.

Thanks for the advice on bars similar to NB/GC/Super A.
Will certainly try the bars mentioned when visiting Pattaya (for the first time)
The reason why I prefer bars like these is that for me it feels less like a "meat-market" - compared to when having a boys parade on stage.
In places like Solid, GC and the other I mentioned, the boys can pick me - instead of me picking them.
And - I certainly miss Screwboy. It was my favorite - in spite of the frequent changes.

the latest change is rumoured to be it is re-opening in January!

Where? The old location looks like some kind of sportsbar.
It is odd that the bar-owners don´t understand that there is a great need for that kind of bars - where the boys cirkulate freely and you (feel like you) are "on the same level".

same location, close in the front of the bar again, leave most of the rest the same except replace the girls with boys
