travel warning

The Australian government is warning against travel to Thailand, (BKK and the South) during Songkran due to "credible intelligence " of terrorist bombings over the buddist holiday. Soi 2 now has metal detectors and good security, but other gay areas are exposed. I'm returning to BKK (Silom) around midnight on sat and may just avoid the crowded spots.
