pattaya gays

I work and live in Pattaya...I am use to the gay scene where you meet local gays, have a drink and see what "clicks." All I run into in Pattaya are the commercial skinny nellies or the fat, retired farangs (both not my type). I am a Western fellow in my late 40's; in good shape looking for Thais in the area that are gay and have a "real" job... where do they hide?
