Anyone been to this place?

Its more expensive than the other places around - Bht1,200 for 90 min massage plus tip. Has about half a dozen boys. Each massage room has its own shower. I have been going there a bit recently just because there is one particular boy I like.

This is the place that is at the bottom of Sukhumvit soi 11 or thereabouts?

I like the facilities - the cleanest, most modern place I have been in. They only have a small selection of boys, but the wash your feet before you even leave the reception which is nice.

My first time there was in May when they gave a voucher for a free massage on my return.

This is at the bottom of Soi 13 (yes Hero at bottom of Soi 11) - its about as far from Nana BTS as Hero is. Yes they wash your feet before you go to the room. You have a shower in the room. Boys start off wearing their trousers and shirt (though my regular guy now takes his trousers off and puts a towel around for the beginning of the massage). The rooms are spacious and clean. There is no minimum tip stated (unlike Hero?) I follow usual convention as at other similar places - Albury, B&N etc. The boys are student looking - no hunks and no effems.
