Cock ring

Where abouts in BKK can I buy a cock ring?
Thanks guys!

icon513 8th January 2008 07:38 PM

The big cock show boys make do with a rubber band. Never seen an actual cock ring for sale anywhere in Thailand.

sextile 8th January 2008 10:38 PM

-- I believe - but cannot quote chapter and verse - that the sale of s*x-toys is ILLEGAL in TH.?
- That having been written in ChinaTown I've seen some v. elderly looking men selling s*x-aids from fold-up/portable tables; possibly 'Vaut le detour.'? A #4. 'bus. from Rama IV. rd. will take one thither.

I don't think many of them realize that it is a cock ring when they wear a thin (about 1cm width)leather band on their wrists. I think you can get some of those from the market stalls. They are usually displayed with the heavy metal jewellery.

-- I didn't realize that TH. boyz have either such delicate wrists or such thick ****s - ha!
- Were my **** as thick as my wrist I wonder howmany Th. boyz would be able to accomodate me?

Dear Sextile,
If you had ever worn a cock ring before, you would never have made a comment like that - or thought it humourous. Because you would know that a cock ring does not just go around the base of the cock.

Tao

PS
They used to have steel and leather cock rings (some with studs) at the old Utopia shop in BKK.

- As a matter of interest I've just measured my wrist's circ'fce. wch. is 08ins., wch I might think is a good measurement for one's ****'s circ'fce.!

Taoboxer 11th January 2008 04:41 AM

Dear Sextile,
Sorry if I was a little abrupt in my previous post. What I meant was that the ring actually goes over the base of the you-know-what, under the back of the hanging jigglies and around, so that it provides a nice, tight feeling. It's name is misleading, I imagine - most people think that it just goes around the base of the manly meat, or its shaft.

I never needed to wear one, either, but out of curiosity - because the old Utopia staff described it so graphically, I bought one to try. A leather one because I was worried that I couldn't get a steel one off if things got out of hand. And while I wouldn't say that I have never done without one since, I will add that as I turn 50 (by Chinese reckoning) it does come in useful after the fifth inning.

As Icon mentioned, most of the boys just wear a rubber band. It serves the same purpose if it's just for show but for the real deal, you need somehing with much more strength than that.

Your wrist's circumference couldn't possibly be 0.8 in! Why, that would give you impossibly sylph-like hands!

sextile 11th January 2008 05:29 AM

-- Taoboxer,
- "No offence meant - no offence taken."!
- My wrist is approx. eight inches in circ'fce., (sorry if my writing 08ins. misled you.),.
- I've measured down there as has been suggested and, for me, 8". is about right.

Taoboxer 11th January 2008 07:50 PM

8 inches???!!!! Youwouldn't happening to be coming to Penang any time soon, would you?

-- TaoBoxer,
- Very unlikely to visit Penang; I don't need to make 'Visa runs.' - thank goodness.
- I do have a deaf-and-dumb Muslim man-friend who's well-endowed and who's into his 40s. now - but still looks much younger - who lives in Bukit M'jam. but who comes-over the straits regular to meet other handicapped friends in Komtar and elsewhere.

-- In my three or so yrs. of living here in BKK. and walking-around I've found not unacceptable substitutes lying-on on the pavements, (US.: side walks.), elastic rings with some sort of soft covering around them.
- In fact I found another only this forenoon along S'wong. rd., wch. prompted this posting.

Taoboxer 17th January 2008 12:16 AM

Actually, the best substitute I've found is those soft nylon ropes the big shopping centres use on their paper bags. I don't need to use a c*ck ring so I don't always carry one with me...but then, I can't always predict when I might want to indulge in slightly kinkier fun, so I've learned to make do with various things over the years, and the short nylon ropes are the best - they don't bite into my skin, they can be easily adjusted, put on and taken off and they don't stink like leather ones when wet...oops* - have I given away too much?

-- Do you mean that gen'lly. reddish and flat tape?
-- bibi. --

Taoboxer 17th January 2008 09:01 AM

Nope. I mean the soft, almost silky rope. It's usually black or white or brown and made of braided nylon and it usually comes in pairs. They're simply knotted at each end when used as handles on the 'high class' paper bags.

-- Can't say that I've seen it.
- Possibly I use to the wrong sort of bags? Usually plastic im my case.
- I'll keep my eyes OPEN for 'high class.' paper bags, wch. obviously have lots MORE uses - ha!

icon513 17th January 2008 11:55 PM

Perhaps Martha Stewart would be interested?

Taoboxer 18th January 2008 02:34 AM

I know I get these silky nylon ropes on the Robinson's paper bags whenever I go shopping at either their hatyai or Silom branches. They really do a good job since as I said before, they do not bite into your scrotal skin and they really do feel quite comfortable once properly knotted in place. I usually knot them on the underside, out of sight as it were.

icon513 18th January 2008 09:28 AM

I guess "underside" is relative to whether you're hanging by your ankles from an overhead beam or not.

-- Quite by chance, as one writes, I was walking-along Soi Twilight and stopped to watch some new bldg.-works taking place where the former 'Shots' Bar.' used to be located. A cpl. of eyeful-looking builder's boyz - but that's just an add'n. by-the-bye.
- Turning around, to look-in 'BANANA BAR.', on one of the bar-stools I happened to see one of those up-mkt. shopping bags from 'CENTRAL DEP'T. STORE.', (this one was was a give-away for 2005!), complete with the aforementioned soft and nylon string-type of handles.
- Tku., Tao., for your useful suggestion - appreciated!

Taoboxer 20th January 2008 12:00 AM

You're welcome. Just one more thing - regarding our dear Icon's mention of hanging by your ankles...I wouldn't do that unless I weighed less than 150 lbs. Anything heavier, and broken ankles might be the result. And possible, a demolished ceiling, too.

Tao

PS
I prefer comfortable positions.
