The place I used to frequent near The Mall Thapra is in Ratchada soi 12 called Smart Bank. I believe it is still there. It was pretty good if you liked the boys on offer.

- My one experience there persuaded me not to return for further massages. :(

While returning from a Gayromeo date at The Mall Bangkapi this evening, I got off the bus near Ruanrubrong massage on Lhad Phrao and walked along toward the LPhrao MRT station with the intent of locating HandSome massage between soi 23 and soi 25.
Emmanuelle
It was easy to find inside a gated village. A pleasant location with lots of greenery at the entrance. Massage practitioners were siting around in the reception area. I spoke to the friendly manager and most of the lads and asked if I could look and book one for later. I had already noted Khun Peck from the web page. He was available and better than his picture...shy and fresh. If you go before 20:00, the price is Bht390/hr. 4 hands is cheap enough but unless Peck gets on well with Arm or Ball, I will stick with Peck alone. I plan to go this weekend.

It will come-sure. But as I am by now, after 2 weeks in this cold city of BKK just catching up with all this news here, have no own computer and many shops have no really good access to this site, you must await some patience. Indeed-the Asia general thread is about dead, but (as a kind return-gesture to those gentlemen giving me such nice tips here) I'll do my best and post a link here to that posting.

The site from which I often glean interesting massage information is:

Thanks again-in the meantime I have also had more time to read all your valuable postings and check these sites. Incl. this one for outer suburbia. And gotten to understand a little how you find all those.

Do they only have massage tables at this place or massage beds/matresses as well? Their boys seem to be for my taste but I am too tall (1,94) for the usual tables. Do they do the massage in the nude (without being asked) and what is the appropriate tip when some hanky panky is included?

Yannawa 15th November 2010 08:00 AM

I haven't been for a massage yet...I got my rocks off at Prime instead over the weekend.

From the pictures on their web site, they have massage tables only...but not sure as i didn't discuss this point when I was there looking at the boys.

As this is a sex massage place (my rating, not theirs), I am sure the gentlemen will operate naked. I did not hear or see anything that suggested a minimum tip, but of course the lads will have a minimum expectation I would assume. Just give them Bht5,000 and take back Bht1,000 notes one by one until the guy growls.:D

Magic Hands
Had a better than average massage at Magic Hands, Soi Ngam Duplee, Lumphinee. One hour costs 250baht discounted by 50 baht for return visit. I had "No28" and he knows how to do the job well. Had to visit the hong nam while there. It is on 3rd Flr (up 2 flights). Had a look at the other areas which look pleasant enough. Will return yet again for may be something more adventurous.

The host is very accommodating. May be a bit too earnest. Overall a great little spot well worth the effort particularly if you are staying at Ibis, Malaysia or Pinnacle.

[or Ball,

Have you been already, dear Yannawa? I did-and my advice is to keep BALL in your dreams-he needs a few monthes of proper trainign in how to please a real gentleman. Hails from some village in ChMai-was honest enough to tell he did not like BKK at all but came to make big money.
it turned out a bit disaster-one of the very few times i gave up my intent of coming. He had no clue about how to handle cream (you can choose between oil/crm in the room),but did Thai-style quite well. Was like a young horse footballer-goofing around in the dressing room afters. But all choices were offered-go together/or not to shower (afters he took opportunity to wash his hair with the fresh shampoo). Told me he was just 8 days working there.Either mixed thai/Yipun-or looking like that.
The owner of the palce is mr. Alex (yes, with KS), and has double US/Thai passpt and is quite pleasant. the palce is fine and well kept-but is only open for 3 month. They also do superVIP-rooms with yacoozi etc-but for such an expense they will need to get properly trained boys IMHO. gave him the minimum recmdd amount, with which he seemed quite disappointed. The final 5 mins left (American-so time is money-you have the right to it, but not a sec longer) he asked me about it and I showed him a variety of more sensual cream strokes and how to do. I would have gladly waived MY tuition fee for that if they had asked me. But good luck anyway.

As.:D

GOOD tables-with face wells-choice of cushion or well to be used.Naked from the strat without asking. All well kept and shiny. Only minor: there is piped music, but thsi was not turned on till 20 mins after.Boy offered to serenade me, we talked quite pleasantly about Thai pop-music.
But read report above. It seems it is like a Thai restrt aiming at farang-high prices (for that area), all shiny and new, but the offerings disappoint, even compared with streetstall fare (any SaranRom boy would do better).

88 massage in Nothburi.
has got a styable of new fresh boys now-inbcl. apparently the receptionest ZAC of K-male. Offers low prices: 1 hr oil for 99in slack and 299 bt for non-busy times.
That songthaew is 1102(big blue open truck) from the ferry in Nonthburi.
Also you can take bus 97 (ONLY the big red or orange AC) from Vict.Monum or better the bangSue MRT to the big road nearby. The small new yellows end at Nonthburi/pier.
The west end of that soi (no clue of what is clsoer by) is the OToKO-2 market (OTK-1=Chatuchak), buses 64 and 203 and that 1102 end there.
I'll try to give them a try next week or so. Best friend has to stay longer in hometown-hospital treatment under the 30 bt scheme. His mother feeds him, he cannot smoke and drink (this later a small disaster for him) and now lives by the day-and not at night. He might even have doubled in size if that takes too long and he returns to BKK.

Another question:
shops like Ban Kluay (banana)/RamKamHeang or RuanRubRoong , both on thaimassageboy and on big main roads, show outside nothing of their intended clients-group. They even sit between other beautysaloons/spa's etc. and have pricelists hanging out. How would they handle customers who have just stepped in from outside without any knowledge?
Most other places have clear ''men onl''or so signs.

These places are located in non-tourist areas. Somehow Thai people "will know" from the sense and the atmosphere of everything. To be slightly more technical, let's say a male straight customer comes across the shop. Even without walking in -- looking at the way the shop is set up, the way staff dress and behave, the gender of the staff, etc. will tell him if this is a place for him or not. And even before he walks in, the manager or staff would have sized him up to see if he were gay and potentially a customer or not, and will treat the man accordingly -- welcoming him or not welcoming him. This is all done with the eyes. The "customer" will straight away get the message, which confirms his own instincts about the place. All these happen within a split-second. If however, the "customer" remained clueless about the place and goes into the shop (this happens only with foreigners), the staff can very politely explain it is a place for men by men, etc ... Things work out perfectly fine. In Thailand it is absolutely normal for a gay place to be among straight places.

Not to mention the banana reference!

yes, thanks, thought the same, nothing strange in Thai things. But then these shops do not even show anything from the street, like just boys/men sitting around etc.
Along that strecth of RKHaeng road are various different massage-shops. One or 2 do ''hot table'' (quite pricey-more as the most expensive aroma or so), which is intended for ''lot kwaam uan''=slimming (ladies mainly), and is like a kind of sauna-you lie on an (over?)heated bed and sweat it all out. Wonder how that would work in a gay setting...
