Is there still construction noise at the Rose? any comments about rooms, current joiner policy etc

I haven't stayed at The Rose for more years than I care to think about, so I can't fill you in on current "rules". For that, I apologize. But, you should know that that entire area is a construction site. They work morning, noon and night.

Anyone stayed at the Rose recently. I understood that the construction of the new hotel was or was nearly complete. is there still much noise? joiners still ok?

-- I pass by the new LE MERIDIEN HOTEL, (Suriwong rd.), wch. stands in front of the ROSE HOTEL, nearly every day and can confirm that all noisy and exterior building works have ceased. Y'day., (sat.), evening I walked along the small soi that leads to the ROSE HTL. and all were quiet from LM..
- So I would not expect visitors to the ROSE HTL. to be bothered by extraneous noises.
