If you go to Soi 4 (lane 4) off Thanon Silom (Silom Street) in BKK you will find a nice pub style gay bar called Telephone Bar (everyone in BKK knows it.) Opposite Telephone is another relaxed gay pub Balcony, and to the right of that (with yellow sign) is a new bar dedicated to farang (western) bears and their Thai admirers.
