Does Anyone Know ... ?
 

-- On sat.,(04th.), evening I was chatting with an elderly acquaintance who has gt. difficulties in remembering faces, names, places etc. etc., (eg. - he becomes easily confused between Soi Phat Pong and Soi Twilight, even although he's a regular visitor to one of the a go-go bars in the latter soi.),.

-- Discussing people and places he mentioned that not too long ago he'd been to an a go-go bar/club/disco/massage parlor/sauna to wch. lots and lots of younger males liked to go;
- It has a N*k*d Zone on the TOP floor;
- He walked-around wearing just a pr. of shorts;
- It's located not too far from the GRAND PALACE, and its nearest landmark is the NOVA VEGAS HOTEL.

-- Is there anyone who has any reasonable ideas as to its name, loc'n. etc. etc.?

Was he possibly referring to the Nasa Vegas Hotel. That's on the corner of Ramkhamhaeng and Rama 9? The nearest rooftop naked zone place to that is probably Torpedo...but that's quite new and nowhere near Grand Palace.
