-- Last night, (29th.), walking-along Tnn. Rama IV. from Tnn. Suriwong and towards Tnn. Si Lom, by the pedestrian o'bridge. that's between CHARN ISSARA TWR. and the PAN PACIFIC HTL., I saw that a couple of boyz had set-up a portable table, (for ease of a rapid get-away, if needed!), displaying a sel'n. of magazines. Prices ranged between 200. to 500.Bh.. One could browse before purchasing.

Dear Mr. Tile, I think you forgot to mention that the magazines are featuring sexy boys glorifying anal penetration and other such delights. In my experience, the boys selling these things like magazines and CDs on Silom and CDs on Jomtien Beach are generally sexier than the boys featured. But that's my taste only. I like street boys, especially those working hard rather than those hard while working. Are the magazine sellers cute...I seemed to remember they often were.

Reminds me of a post of a regular poster from some time back (whose name escapes me). He said when a boy approached him saying "sex dvd?" he replied "just sex no dvd" and offed the boy.

There seems to be a whole new crop of not-free Thai gay magazines for sale, at normal venues like Bookazine. They are wrapped in plastic to prevent casual perusing, though.

-- I would hesitate and then hesitate again to describe the two boyz who were selling those mags. as 'Cute.' - but then cuteness, like beauty, is often in the eyes of the beholder, isn't it? 'Street-smart.' would be my words of choice.
- But agreed that a few of the sellers of DVDs. along Tnn. Si Lom appear to be bed-worthy - let's hope that they're not as dud as some of the DVDs. that they try so hard to sell.

The magazine sellers Khun Tile mentions are purposely(?) in a very dark area. But the CD sellers at Sala Daeng BTS station and one particular one on Jomtien Beach are cute but mostly straight I think. I always have said "No dvd, just give me the sex" and sometimes it does work if sales are slow. But as most are straight, they can possibly make more in an hour selling DVDs than by dropping their pants.

As they get 30 THB for a 100 THB sale, and guessing they would ask for at least a 1000 TB tip, this means they could sell around thirty CDs in one hour ... possible in high season but probably usually difficult.

I think this is quite likely as I've seen many guys buy 10 or more DVDs in one go.

If my admittedly feable memory serves, I believe the originator of this was jtrack.....but I do not recall him saying that he offed a DVD seller.

Yes, Gaijin, your memory serves you very well! I was jtrack until my password stopped working for some reason or other way back. You are also correct, I believe I didn't say I actually offed the seller, but have since taken two home who were responsive to the suggestion and apparently gay. One was quite disappointed by the ease of which quality MasterbAsian CDs could be downloaded free!

Sadly no more. I got an email today saying MasturbAsion is closing down at the end of the month!
