Pattaya Muay Thai (Bar Boxers on Walking Street)
 

I am going to be in Pattaya for 2 weeks and am interested in the Muay Thai guys. I like the masculine type of guy...

Have any of you had any luck with any of the boxers?

I met one last year in Star Boys GoGo. 20 y.o. heavily tattoed, fantastic lean muscled body . Said he was straight - but if he works in a gay gogo that only means he's not a btm. However, he wasn't there last time I went to Star Boys. Suggest you start there and ask Mamasaan for any suggestions.

I would also be interested in any information about communing with Thai boxers in Pattaya or elsewhere. I have a great passion for the Thai boxer.

My interest and adoration of the Thai boxer is long-standing and rather intense. I have known several Thai boxers intimately - and the experiences were always bordering on the religious. Hence the references to communion.

I once had an agent who would source my Thai boxers from the boxing camps. I have now lost his contact details. I was so much easier with a middle-man.

Just curious...what do Thai boxers do in the sack that's different from other Thai guys with ripped bods? Or is it a mental thing for you, ie. a fetish, just knowing that they are boxers?

I was in Thailand before , but never been with a Boxer.

I have a second hand account,though, from a guy I met in Bangkok who had picked up several in Pattaya.

He went to some straight bars in Walking street that have demonstrations of Muay Thai boxing (most of the boxers there would not be the best, really, but they would be genuine boxers all the same).

His m.o. was to go to the bars and tip generously after a bout (the boxers go around looking for tips after a fight).

He would try to get chatting to them. Sometime the bar-girls in the places would know the boxers well and he would discreetly make his interest known.

He then would ask the boxers to pose for a photograph for a few baht. Then chat a bit more. If it was after their last fight of the night he would offer them a drink.

When things had gotten friendly, (maybe after one or two nights had passed) he would tell them he was a keen amatuer photographer, and ask them to come to his apartment for a more intimate photo session, for a generous remuneration.

By this time the boxer would know the score - usually the fact that he liked men rather than women would have been mentioned while chatting by then.

If he got rebuffed, he would know the boxer was not interested, but he would maintain friendly relations - sometimes that boxer would introduce him to a more amenable boxer friend in the future!

Sometimes the boxers did not appreciate the interest - they suddenly got very cold and unapproachable when he told them he preferred men to women, etc. but compared to western boxer types, where being in a situation like that could get you beaten up quite quickly, he said most of them were open to suggestion at least.

So that my story - second hand like i said, but it could be worth checking out if you are going to Pattaya.

Icon, it is completely a mental thing. I like the idea of sucking and being fucked by a man who is vicious and cruel in the boxing ring and who, in the bedroom, is sweet and tender and accommodating.

I am going to Pattaya today for the weekend and shall visit the boxing rings to see what my fortune has in store. Of course, I shall report back my findings for all.

I find that guy's modus operandi creepy--like a gay guy sitting in a straight bar and trying to "groom" a hunk into having sex. I wonder how many Thai boxers this really worked with--and how much time, effort, and money this weirdo had to expend to pick up "several." This is also like gays who troll craigslist, etc. soliciting straight guys looking for girls. It's also like pedophiles "grooming" their prey. Oh, how quaint--"Can I take your picture?" I bet these boxers immediately know what this guy is up to. The ones he is successful in seducing might have been money boys anyway. This is all good fantasy, but I wonder if it really works (except for the "several" that he got--and who knows how many rejections he got, and how much time he had to spend?).

No need for the snarky tone.

I think my description of what he does made it seem a bit more dragged out and underhand than it is - i think most boxers know pretty much straight away what he is after, and he is happy they do.

What I think the subtle approach he uses is for is to make it easier to contact guys who are happy to play with a guy (or at least happy to play for money) but do not officially self-identify that way, for reasons of "face".

And obvously he gets many rejections, but that is part of the process - the thrill of the chase.

You could argue that what he does is more interesting than a guy who goes to Pattaya and never leaves the gogo bars of Boystown, and is accepted by every guy he asks down from the stage.

Not that there is anything wrong with that but there is a bit of the "kid in a candy-store" aspect - it gets a bit dull after a while.

Anyway, I just hope your attitude does not put people who have interesting experiences with boxers (or anybody else off the gogo and host bar beaten track) from posting on this tread.

The Thai-boxer type of "thrill of the chase" would bore me, but to each his own.

In my previous trips to Thailand I met a few Boxers. They were confident, masculine, adventurous and very easy to get along with but not afraid to say what they liked or didn't like as I grow tired of the everything always being "up to you sir".

I don't want hugs, kisses or affection. I don't want a boyfriend or sniff kisses. I like a man that acts like a man and I find that the Fighters I have met are those types of guys. It also does not hurt that they have a gym trained body that is hard in all the right places and to have a body built for work and not simply for show.

There is more to it than that but I figure it is easier to explain the easy part, the hard part to explain in the flavor and smell of what attracts me to the boxer type of dish. :)

-- Today, (13th.), forenoon I was chatting with a fair dinkum Aussie. mate who's been visiting the LoS. for the last score or so of yrs.; now he visits twice per annum.
- He mentioned that he used to visit PATTAYA frequently - he was last there maybe a decade ago - and had no trouble then in picking-up MT. boxers after their bouts for the night were finished - no need for fishing-around, beating-about the bush or whatever: straight & direct up front. Most - even though many are straight - welcomed the opportunity to accept his offer of the Final Favor; of course some pecuniary considerations might have sweetened the deal? ;)
