Chiang Rai Update
 

Will be visiting Chiang Rai soon after a gap of more than 15 years. The few venues there don't seem to get good recommendations. Any update will be much appreciated

If no replies here re Chiang Rai, you might like to go to thaivisa.com/forum, then scroll way down to the 'Gay People in Thailand' thread, then add your question, perhaps with a suggestion that someone knowledgable about the CR scene send you a PM.

Was there a couple months ago. Two bars operating, beyond sleepy. If it were me, I'd.be finding a hook-up on the net rather than relying on the soporific bar scene.
