apart from Babylon, CaliforniaWow and Fitness First, are there any other gay friendly gyms (cost?) or well equipped saunas?

- I've been told that there is a smallish swimming pool therein;
- Reportedly it's more a place for meeting than for action!

Please post! Apart from any possible hanky-panky (I LOVE that word), I really would like to be able to maintain my workouts when I come to LOS on holiday.

They have different payment options. I paid for one visit, but they also have, as far as I remember, 3 visits in 5 days, and 5 visits in 10days in addition to normal subscriptions." A report from a friend

Thanks for the info, KhunTST. I'll keep this in mind when I manage to come to Pattaya in July or August.

Is it my imaginaton or does it seem a bit cruisy, judgng from the special package rates?

If this is the old Body Torque Gym (didn't know it was changing at all) on the 9th floor Thaniya twr then yes there is a pool, gets hot around the pool as there is a lack of shade. Seen some nice guys there and think it may be a reasonable place to make contact.

Many years ago, I tried out several gyms in the centre of town including the Clark Hatch in Tanya Plaza. As I was looking for a gym after office hours, i.e. peak hours, I visited the gyms in the late afternoon to see how busy they were. Clark Hatch is relatively small and fills up quickly during peak hours. In Silom, my impression is that California Wow is far more cruisy than any other fitness establishment.

Visited Tony's at the beginning of the month. Single visit 120 baht, more for sauna if you want to use it. 40 baht for a towel so bring my own next time (message to me!).

A reasonable range of machines and weights for the amateur, shallow pool and sauna on top of 3 floors. Very 'straight' but then I didn't go in to the sauna which was small, well lit and packed with laughing jolly falangs etc. Some big (duh) guys doing real weights & FB's too. All very polite and friendly really.

Regular visits see great reduction in cost.

Definitely recommended but if you want sex... Put it this way if I ever get the nod or get to bob my head I'll do a post.
