-- Here, in THAILAND, many clinics & Hospital offer free testing for both HIV. & for Syphilis, (the two go together quite often.), see separate thread for this. Medications are seldom free. I understand that a one month's supply of 'Stockrin.' & of 'Truveda.', both taken once per diem, can cost approx.3,500.oo.Bh., a sum beyond the reach of many of the poorer Thais. Some of this, as I'm aware from chatting with Thais affected, stems from not availing of a Condom - cost 10.Bh. or so each one!
