tips in nature boy?
 

hi - i'm new to this kind of bar but popped in and seemed like pretty much anything could happen right in the bar without taking anyone home....firstly, am I right in thinking that and just how far do things go? main reason i want to post is to figure out the tipping etiquette in such a place....if one or more boys is helping me have fun in the bar then i want to leave, do i tip at the desk or to the boys direct? how much should one tip? What about buying drinks for the guys? Noone even suggested I buy a drink for the boys whilst i was there....

No need to buy drinks unless you want -- they would much prefer tips.

As for tips...depends on how far things go, for how long, and always "up to you". For touchy-feelie over a relaxed half-hour, I'd probably give a couple hundred baht each. If someone got me off in the bar, or allowed me to get them off, I'd give at least 500 -- maybe more.

I'm sure others will have differing opinions.

Nope- pretty much agree with all of Icons comments. However if 4 or 5 crowd round with cocks swinging, as I only have 2 hands, the lookers probably just get 100 bht which is always accepted with a smile.

Off my original topic but I like the down to earth vibe of this bar and wondered if anyone could recommend a place in Saphan Kwai (which i guess i will like). I rarely off someone and I'm more into seeing something different and practising some thai on some poor unsuspecting cutie.....v grateful for any ideas

what time does nature boy open? i recall the nearby golden cock is open in the afternoon.

If you are looking for a bar in Saphan Khwai like Nature Boy, you won't find it. With the sole exception of Be High, the other bars there are for drinking and singing karaoke with fully-clothed boys.

If you want to practice your Thai (language skills, that is), then give Saphan Khwai a shot! There's the Be High go-go bar (see the current "Be High" thread, and some older threads) and there are also a number of very friendly karaoke host bars.

But, just as Icon has pointed out already, don't expect any naughty activities of the Nature Boy kind at these places.

sadly, Saphan Khwai has been very tame for the past decade, since Apache closed and all the other go-go bars either closed or turned into karaoke pubs --- with the exception of BeHigh, which seems to be running on fumes. As for Nature Boy, I was there 2 weeks ago, mid-week, and was the only customer. I sat down and quickly had 8 guys gathered around me, some already pulling out their cocks and prepared so slap me with the hardening instruments. But, they were a motley looking crew. You wouldn't call any of them cute. I did take one guy, Nop, who was friendly and had a nice body. He turned out to be great in bed; did it all and was good at it.

I thought nature Boy had closed? I didn't see any sign of it when I was in Soi Twilight last week.

That's probably the case because Nature Boy isn't in Soi Twilight! ;)
