Pattaya update

For those who seek ladyboys - a new bar "Famous" has opened in Soi VC with 100% ladyboys. At first I thought it was a girly bar, but then the penny dropped - the slim well dressed attractive "girls" are all katoei .

Its not my scene so I cant report on the operation, but the bar looks well fitted out with a selection of "girls" on the small terrace outside.

If you walk down Soi VC go past Sunnee (on your right) Its about another 50 metres on the right.

Le cafe royale ...

-- Y'day., (17th.), a'noon. my Enthusiastic & American Friend and I chatted with the farang owner of LE CAFE ROYALE, BOYS' TOWN, who told us that he was expecting the pre-Xmas. INrush of farang-guests to start from today, (18th.); most would be staying for upto ten days but not much beyond that.
- Most of the guests would be hailing from Great Britain and from Continental Europe, few Americans - possibly because of the HIGH air-fares thence & back?

Just a few notes ...

-- Just a few notes on my Enthusiastic & American friend's and my recent visit to PATTAYA -

13th.: FUNNY BOYS, Boys' Town:
- Non-alch. drinks at 150.Bh.;
- Half-a-dozen or so other customers.

14th.: After a return visit to FUNNY BOYS - v. much as above - to GOOD BOYS, Sunnee plaza:
- Non-alch. drinks at 150.Bh.;
- Half-a-dozen or thereabouts other customers;
- Some 13 or so R&F. boyz, some of whom wh were revealing their assets, we reckoned were quite well put-together
Then to TOM YUM., Sunnee plaza:
- Non-alch./alch. drinks at 130.140.Bh.;
- Approx. ten others;
- Maybe 16 boyz, several of whom were shewing what they possess; I invited #41. to join me: well-endowed at approx. 07ins.; my farang neighbor was encouraging #44. to achieve an HE., wch. he did!
Finally to MIC MAC BAR., Sunnee plaza,
- Non-alch. drinks at 120.Bh.;
- I'd say another ten other customers or so;
- Manager told me that he has 20 boyz.; room upstairs etc. etc.
-- My E&AF. didn't join me in TOM YUM, instead he ret'd. to BOYS' TOWN and visited -
TOY BOYS' BAR. - not impressed by generally run-down appearance of bar and of boys, many of whom had passed their sell-by dates;
- Lastly to NEW DYNAMITE BAR. - comments much the same as for above;
-NB.: For the above 2 bars E&OE. as reported speech.

15th.: to CARTIER A GO-GO BAR.,
- addr.: Soi Lengkee1., (Buakhao.),
Nongprue, Banglamung, CENTRAL PATTAYA.,
- cell.: (081)-379 0959.;
- e-mail: >cartierclubpattaya@yahoo.com <
- web.: n/a.;
- Dirn's. & loc'n. in a previous thread, wch. I'll try and find - time permitting;
- OPENS at 22.30. hrs. - no good arriving any earlier;
- All drinks at 200.Bh.;
- Just another customer & I;
- Finally some seven boyz on the stage, most wearing briefs with no side-panels wch. shewed-off their endowments; some danced with more energy than others;
- Hse. lts. dimmed at 22.55.hrs. with first act some 05.mins. later:
- Eight different acts ranging from a TAWAN BAR type S&M. act through a flour. paint dance by a couple au naturel, (occasional flashes of white lt. shewed them to be well-built.); shower act; putting act; concluded with two boyz in a smoking act who visited both of us patrons, the smokee, who wore a condom - SAFE SEX! - was of avg. plus length but mouth-fillingly thick;
- Hse. lts ON again at around 23.35.hrs..
-- 18 dec. - 4th. Aniversary party;
--- advert. in monthly & freebie MAX Magazine - #100..

-- Took a sam lor back to Walking St., six other PAX., possibly Russians, who de-'bussed. along the way, refused to pay and shouted obscenities at the driver!
- Finally to KRAZY DRAGON back in Sunnee plaza,
- All drinks still at 99.Bh.;
- Maybe as many as ten other and mainly elderly customers;
- I chose one young man to sit with me, #63.; he advised me that the Boss does not appreciate any 'smoking.' of his a go-go boyz;
- I left as soon as decently possible muttering "Ichabod!" to myself.

-- Possibly not strictly exact due to the fallabilities of my amnesic memory.

Utopia massage ...

-- My Enthusiastic & American Friend waxed eloquent about masseur Jack, one of the masseurs sitting o'side. UTOPIA 2 MASSAGE PARLOR.*, mainly because other masseurs whom he saw on his walk-about either looked to be out of condition or seemed to be MORE absorbed in navel-gazing or whatever than in smiling-at and inviting customers!
- By his report his massage room shared an air-cond. with the next-door room in wch. was a masseuse with her customer; while walls are solid & reach up to the ceiling the doors are but curtains;
- Masseur Jack, who hails from I-San, while generous with the massage oil gave but a so-so massage; for the after massage delights he dropped his masseur's trousers & briefs, but kept-on his shirt, to reveal an adequate enough endowement for a mutual chak-waao;
- An after-shower massage for the two of them: hot water and clean towels.

-- The next day, (15th. ), I visited the a/m. estab.;
- ETA. approx. 16.oo.hrs.;
- Masseur Jack, a roundish faced and pleasant looking young man, (possibly slightly fem., I thought.), was sitting o'side.; I saw that he has a small name tag pinned to the neck of his tee-shirt;
- We entered and I enquired about rates for an oil-massage: 60.mins. at 300.Bh. and 90.mins. at 450.Bh.; I asked-about taking him across the rd. to my hotel? The M'San. doubled the rates for 'Offing.' him! Hence I chose an hour's oil-massage at just 600.Bh.;
- Back in my room I showered alone;
- Masseur Jack, 19YO., indeed hails from some small town in the NORTH of I-SAN; has one older bro. who's at home with their parents; speaks adequate enough English for conversation provided one chooses one's words and speaks fairly slowly;
- An adequate enough massage, with just a slight touch or two upon those places upon wch. the sun ... ;
- After I'd turned-over to lie supine masseur Jack, after comments about my appendage and his own, decided that it was approaching time for some mutual pleasuring, for wch. he stripped-off completely to shew a pale skinned and well put-together body;
- To cut to the chase I, who was his 1st. customer of the day, so he was still 'Fresh.', was prevailed upon to offer the Final Favor - his member is uncut, of avg. PLUS length and of a good girth - for wch. he'd brough a couple of Condoms, and for wch. I'd write that it was MORE youthful enthusiasm than finesse!
- We showered together and lay-on the bed for some mins. of cuddling together before we dressed and ret'd. across the rd. to the massage-parlor.

-* Addr.: 27/33-34, Moo 9., 2nd. rd.,
Nongprue, Banglamung,
SOUTH PATTAYA, 20150.;
- loc'n.: on 2nd. rd. directly across from MIKE'S HTL.;
- tel.: (038)-410 001.;
- e-mail: > utopia.massage@live.com <
- web: n/a..

Pattaya's weather ...

-- For most of this week - monday 13th. onwards - the weather has been unseasonal, especially for what's regarded as the Tourist Season.;
- Generally cool to chilly; not all that much sunshine but MORE often o'cast.. Rain at unusual and disconcerting times, causing the young men in the concession in wch. we go to move-around the umbrellas so that those who remained behind and braved the inclemencies could do so under umbrellas that are LESS weakened by yrs. of tropical sunshine and have MORE cloth in them;
- Today, (17th.), forenoon en route to our destination here in BKK. we passed an illuminated temp. sign - this would be around 10.oo.hrs. or so - wch. shewed 74F., on the cool side for hereabouts.

-- Thai young men recommended as bed-warmers!

Back to sunshine and more seasonal weather today. However as my favourite hambuger lady on Soi VC said " dtonnii Thailand mai mii rideau" (now Thailand has no seasons)

Bars still quiet- and with most of Europe closed by snow today there will be a lot of frustrated crusiers freezing their balls off and dreaming of getting here - come rain or shine - its better than where they are now!

Good weather and arrival of lots of happy holidayers this weekend saw Jomtien beach quite crowded,but surprisingly few boys.

Contra to report a couple of weeks ago that Pattaya now has extended opening times, that is still not approved by BKK and closing times are;

Walking Street 3 am
Other discos 2 am
Other bars 1 am.

Thats the official line. "The Dave" style mega discos seem to close when the last guys leave (usually 5 or 6 am!) T.I.T. !

This weekend also saw a jump in activity in the go go bars. On Sat night, 3 of the Sunnee bars had closed or were turning away customers by midnight "no have boys enough!"

Gay Romeo however has lots of boys - my "miserley" standard 1,000 bt tip is extremely popular and I am daily contacted by msn and via Romeo by too many of them seeking return bouts So many boys - so little time !

Sunee last night was surprisingly quiet for the time of year. I had a pleasant massage in the afternoon in Relax (out the back of TukCom) by a nice young lad called Chuay. There were maybe 4 or 5 guys hanging around outside, and various lads sleeping on the landings on the way to our room. 600 baht for a 90 min cream massage, although the actual duration was closer to 2 hours.
In the evening I went to Tom Yum where there were maybe 10 guys or so, and a slow but steady turnover of customers. The boys seemed in high spirits despite the slow night.
Later I went to Mic My where there was a similar attendance of farang, and similarly good natured boys. I was taken with #34, Ton. Specifically, he had a nice body but a great 1950's style haircut - short back and sides with a stiff front quiff. That did it for me. 300 baht off fee and 1000 baht tip paid to the bar in advance. They also provided a room for 500 baht - not in the bar, but in a nearby flop house. It was adequate, but hardly the place in which you would want to spend your honeymoon.
Ton was a 3/10 entirely due to his inexperience and reticence. A pleasant boy with very limited English, but not someone to whom my memory revert again after too long.
I am staying in the Miracle Suite hotel - literally 1 minute walk away from Happy Boys (did not visit). It is a nice 4-star hotel, big, new and almost devoid of guests. The staff are very friendly if still lacking the procedures and the experience to operate a hotel efficiently, but it will come with time I guess.
I got a special rate on Agoda of 1800 baht per night including breakfast.

The rooms were nice and big, fresh and clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower cubicle; the complimentary toiletries were good quality.
The bed was very comfortable; the room includes a mini bar, room safe, tea & coffee facilities, TV, stereo with MP3 dock, writing desk, balcony with table & chairs on it (although the door to the balcony would not open).
The AC was a bit clunky and noisy but worked OK.
Breakfast was very good - not a huge selection, but my bacon and scrambled eggs were very tasty and made fresh to order.

On the negatives, although I booked a taxi from the airport, they forgot to organise it. Also when I arrived they asked for 1000 baht cash as a deposit, which I did get back when I checked out. I see these as teething problems that could be sorted out - I would definitely return for a similar room rate or thereabouts.

most of the sunee bars seems to have reverted to having suspiciously young men working for them ;-(

only bars that i went to that have all men of legal age was krazy dragon - though as with the earlier report. boys are not allowed to come on premises as boss does not want. quite understandable as the bar needs to bring in the bucks as they only charge 99b per drink.

happy boys bar on the end of soi was also with all full of legally aged young men. they were full on the weekend - all farang. one seemed to be an exhibitionist, not going upstairs despite buying the boy a drink, and the y/m already disrobed was being groped by the farang in the open.

would u know if a customer of the bar with an underaged boy will be in trouble when the police comes in even though he did not touch the boy?

He would not be in trouble, per se, but he might find himself on a list of "persons of interest".

Dongtan beach ...

-- Today, (25th. - Christmas Day.), the 19YO. young man, Khun Nat/Nut., who manages the beach concession to wch. my Enthusiastic and American friend and I go - in front of the AVALON HTL. - cell-'phoned. him to wish him 'Merry Christmas.'.
- The YM. added that DONGTAN BEACH is no busier than it was when we visited about a fortnight or so ago.

-- My E&AF. & I shall be going to PATTAYA next week, (mon. 27th.), for a few days, so we'll be able to see for ourselves what PATTAYA is like during what should be one of its busiest weeks of the year.
