Yes I agree with you about Sunee and the local farangs dying out. I had to visit the Bangkok Pattaya hospital in July becase I was bitten by a dog. It was crowded with 60+ age farangs suffering from a whole variety of health problems and many looked as if they were at death's door.
(I go to the Pattaya Memorial hospital for my HIV check by the way)
When I started visting Pattaya 7 years ago Sunee was full of gogo's and bars. The one I remember most was Kaos where every night the boys entertained us by showing their cocks on the stage, in exchange for a bucket being passed round for tips. I offed some real cuties from there.

I remember Kaos well. It was like going into a cage full of wild monkeys - jumping all over the place, playing, teasing, showing all. We were lucky to enjoy those days - the wild bars of BKK and Pattaya are now history :(

It sounds like Sunee and Boystown will soon be ghost towns !.

Although I'm back home just now I sometimes log on to look at the boys advertising there. Last night there was nearly 150 boys there between 18 and 30. Also many farangs 50 plus looking to use them. What's your preference for Thaiboys ?. I often like a fem but that does not include ladyboys and there are plenty on gayromeo.

Things certainly do change and that's of course natural

Today the commercial gay scenarion in Bkk, Pattaya, Patong, CM, etc., all very different to 30 years ago.

About 6 or 7 go go bars in what's now Telephone soi, one with around 150 go go boys every night.

CM had numerous tiny hole in the wall go go places with many interesting Northern boys.

One go go venue in Patong (across the street from My Way and further into the soi) had many older high school boys (I'm not saying that OK, one visit only and I quickly departed).

Pattaya was a tiny fishing village, the main boy go go places were Rendezvous and Moonlight bars (both behind where the UOB bank is now located just up from A Bomb), gone a long time ago, and Homex inn in Nth Pattaya, small 2 / 3 star gay hotel with a go go bar in the lobby, working boys from Homex and other boys did freelance activity around the pool in the daytime, great memories all round.

Gayromeo etc., must of course have some impact but I guess there will still be many who enjoy to see the real thing and select and I wonder whether massage venues will eventually quite dominate this part of the puzzle.

What gogo,s are still,open in Sunee. In November there only seemed to be Mic My, Eros, Krazy Dragon and Happy (Soi VCR)
In July I used to go to Nice Boys. Is that closed?

All still open (Good Boys closed) and Jimmy's re-badged as City Boys.

New Sawasdii, Euro and Tom Yum closed but some new small beer bars with "back-rooms" have opened.

I've just checked the website for Eros in Sunee and was rather impressed. It is obviously kept up to date which cannot be said for many. The pictures of the boys are of good quality when I expanded them on my IPad, and you can get a good impression of the selection available.
Eros is obviously making an effort to attract customers by a series of party nights which include Tazan, Beach and Hawii.

.... and it has several secluded "nooks and crannies" where urges can be swiftly satisfied without off fee, just the tip :)

I Remember using one of the nooks/crannys last March. I think there is a curtained off area next to the bar. It's to the right facing from the Soi entrance ?. I was staying in Boystown and didn't want to return there with the boy, so I took him into the nook.
I July I offed from Eros but was staying in Sunnee so didn't use the "nook"

I offed the boy in picture 10 on the Eros web site together with another Eros boy (whose picture does not seem to be on the web) for a threesome when I was in Pattaya just before Xmas. The boy pictured was a very excitable chap, jumping around like a monkey, full of life but ultimately wouldn't bottom for me - I think because he was embarrassed to do so in front of 'his friend'. I would like to have another go at him alone sometime.

On drugs, maybe?

Anyway, he's the only one remotely attractive to me. The rest are beyond homely. To my eye, anyway.

Icon I think I agree with you. The boys shown on the website don't look very attractive to me, although in the flesh it might be different.
Maybe number 3 would be possible.

I've been with 4 of the boys in the pics - they are much better in the flesh but wouldn't have appealed at all from these pics.

Eros had a "tiny briefs" party last night but it was a flop as only a handful of their boys turned up . High-light of the evening was a very drunken and noisy farang being asked, co-erced and finally physically dragged out of the bar and thrown onto the street outside. Never seen that before in Sunnee!

Happy was busy last night - had to go up to the 3rd floor where there are a couple of more private rooms for frollicking :) (at no charge for room)
