- Recently I've not seen HAPPY PLACE advertising in the freebie & monthly mags. as it used to do.

I can tell you that Happy Place no longer does the bingo. Plenty of nice boys though last time I was there.
There is a bingo in Eros now, where I managed to win something - not a free off - I can't remember what it was but my young friend there was delighted !

Re Corner Bar Sunneee (now "Double Shot") one of my guys tells me the new owners want to change the image and the waiters (who are reportedly all 100% straight,) are no longer allowed to sit with the customers- who must now drink alone! The waiters also cannot be offed until after the bar closes !! Maybe that's why last night there were about 10 waiters and no customers :( .We'll see how long this policy lasts - I suspect not long!

Next Boy Bingo at Eros is 6th June from 9.30 pm

.. then 7th June is "J.J",s birthday party. He's one of the 2 sizzling brothers I offed from Eros this week. I tell you this my friends, purely because I cant be there that night! -or you would have no chance :)

Something amazing has transformed Jomtien........ the beach is CLEAN !!

All the floating trash , plastic bags and froth have gone! There's a new outfall that's taken it all well out to deep water and the change is unbelievable. The water is now really clear and clean and small fish are everywhere.

I'm due in Pattaya next week. Is it still possible to pick up boys from Dongtan Beach ?. Maybe there too much rain just now for the beach to be busy.
Anyone visited Samsuk Sauna recently. Is the building work finished ?.

Building work at Sansuk is finished.

I think there would still be boys to pick up on the beach even if there was a force 10 typhoon in progress.

These day, though, smart phone apps will yield a wider choice. ;)

There's been a noticeable drop in the number of cruising boys at Dongtan - even the hard core regulars have gone - there's no volleyball games and any boys I do see are mainly there as accessories to visiting farangs. I do see some of them on Romeo - so I agree the phone apps are probably partly to blame.

Yes I agree with there being fewer cruising boys than formerly.
During my last visit in March I wanted to pick one up, but there were none I was attracted to. However the Rit concession has wifi and was able contact rather a nice one from Gayromeo. Sitting with him on the beach admiring his tight body in speedos made me soooo horny.

... I recently got a Samsung pad and added Grindr.
I find the guys on Grindr tend to be more regular Thai guys, (not Isaan Laos,) 25 - 35, employed (real jobs not bar boys) and just looking for SEX not money !

I went to Dongtan Beach yesterday as the weather was good.
In the afternoon there was several attractive boys around. I caught the attention of one of them who sat with me. I took him to a small guesthouse who have short time rooms for 300 baht, as I didn't want to return to my hotel in Boystown.

The boys are back on the dancing tables at Krazy Dragon (Sunnee) and CockTails (aka Tom Yum) closed again.

Last night Krazy charged 140 for a beer / soft drink. I don't think the boys expectations have changed- all donations are gratefully expected :)

Yes Eros and Happy both in full swing, but its VERY quiet here at the moment being the end of the European summer hols and the pre high-season lull.

However on the subject of drinks prices, the Thai government has just today added a whopping tax increase that will have a 5 to 10 bht impact on beer at retail level, but a huge effect on imported wines - around 20 % on cheap wines and doubling the cost of premium wines. Of course Lao khao (responsible for most of the drunks, road deaths, binge drinking) is virtually untouched so the Thai booze barons will get even richer while the locals kill themselves in even greater numbers as they abandon their recent foray into wine drinking (at 12% alc) and revert to Lao Khao at 40%. alc. T.I.T. !!
