RIP, Keith

For those who may have not noticed the announcement, Keith -- the founder and owner of this site -- has gone to the big glory hole in the sky.

A moment's silence for Keith...with the hope that he is now happily cruising in heaven. Amen.

-- Khun Icon,
- Thank you for this sad intimation.
- Condolences, naturally, to his family and to his friends.
- Keith deserves our thanks and to be remembered for being the founder and owner of CFS. - long may it continue to thrive with whomever will take-over.

It's wonderful queens like these that we owe so much to... Trail blazers and generous with their success!

Please add from me too. I've followed this site for years and have both received, and tried to contribute , great information. It's sad that he never got to make the last trip to Thailand that he talked about only last year. R.I.P.

So now "quo vardis?" Who will carry the torch - and is the future secure?

This is Bob, the programmer/consultant who worked with Keith the last 12 years. Thank you all so much for your kind thoughts.

For now, I am keeping the site running according to Keith's wishes and following his procedures. He was always grateful to the men who share and contribute information to CFS. We have always relied on the contributions of members of the community, and I hope that we will keep it going together as a tribute to Keith.

-- One suggestion, if I may be so bold as to suggest that that which is good might be improved upon -
- Would it be possible, for all new threads, that the most recent posting made, rather than appearing as the last posting and at the bottom of the pile in any particular topic, to be at the TOP - ie. the newest posting made would be the first one to be read - of the pile? The first posting - #01. - and presumably well-read as time goes by - would remain #01. and would move-down gradually as more recent postings were to be made that added to or superceded the older info..
- This is the same as say the overall index for THAILAND where the thread with the most recent posting appears as the first one and so on.
- Trusting that I have explained myself clearly and with many thanks for your kind attention and continuation as Keith would have wished. -- Sextile. -- :)
