BTS.: Phrom Phong, (E5.),.

-- I've looked-at the hotel's web-site and with recommendations from Conde Nast & from BKK. Tatler, PLUS its own description of being a unique & boutique hotel it does seem to be somewhat UP-mkt. and possibly OUT of my acquaintance's reach - financially.
Any further info. gratefully rec'd.. -- :)

Eugenia, negative responses on Trp Advisor
 

Sextile, I hope your friend reads the negative comments about the Eugenia and the responses by management on Trip Advisor. It seems there are too many negative comments for an R & C hotel.
I also noticed on some of the pop up ads the the Eugenia has rooms starting at $99 (USA).

- Knowing my acquaintance's interests, etc, etc,, I suspect that it is a bit far away from his interests in the general area of Bang rak - BKK. 10500.;
- Also the suggested price of USD.99.oo. will be discouraging to his companion, (as the latter is the one who pays most of the bills during their visits OUT of England.),.

I have only dined there, not stayed.

Would not rate high on my list of recommendations.
