time - GMT

Just wanted to check on the time used and I see that it is GMT, Can we set for ourselves or is that a general setting?

You can change your personal time zone setting in your profile. Click on the menu for 'Quick Links' and then in the drop-down click on 'Edit Options.' The time setting is near the bottom of that page.
