adress is incomplete, apparently it says soi 97/1 (there are more sois around there), and is quite long. Saw this recently from an enterprising spy who wanted to look for it.
Bang Chak is just 1 stop on BTS beyond Onnut. But very unlikely to have occasional passersby or curious str8s, like in soi 8.
As many of those msg shops restart in houses that have been used as such before: some time ago there was a m2m heavily advertising on TMB site, roughly in same area, but from what I recall other side of Sukh-even nrd. soi, with tuktuk to the BTS.

Sent them an email but not heard back in over a week

The website says it's located in Soi 97/1 and is just 20 metres from the BTS station. I haven't been, so cannot verify.

I asked them to email me images of their staff over a week ago, and have heard nothing either.
