photo upload not working in my regular browser

Usually I use Phoenix 0.5, both the Linux and Windows versions. When I go to the photo galleries there is no link for uploading pictures. With Netscape 7.02 the link appears. If, in Phoenix, I manually go to the uploading page I can successfully upload pictures.

Phoenix was recently renamed to "Mozilla Firebird" and is available for free through its home page.
