As announced in your recent blog, the CFS servers are being moved from the New Orleans area to what I presume to be your new home. You also mentioned a screw up in the IP address assignments for your DNS servers.

Here is what I have noticed in New York. Download of CFS pages is ok given bandwidth, Internet congestion and local ISP service constraints. However, the IE back key for navigation has an abnormally long response time. Example: Download of CFS screens is accomplished within 1-3 seconds. Navigating via the IE back key takes 3-5 seconds or more. This is consistent across all the message board threads. Sometimes more than a single click of the IE back key is needed.

This abnormal service level was noticed on May 2 (2006) at 9:00AM EDT. As you continue to tweak the network bandwidth and server load balancing advise us.
