Need Help!! How to make a glory hole

Hey dudes, I have a couple of spots I like to frequent and neither of them has a gloryhole. Other than that they are perfect. What is the best, easiest way to cut a gloryhole in the side of a stall wall? I need to be as quiet as possible as it is a busy area and it's at a local university so I don't want to alert anyone. Thanks for any help!
