Any adult bookstores, theatres in the Corpus Christi area?

Hello,

I just read somewhere that they opened a new adult theatre in the Aransas Pass area? Is this true? I'm also curious about any other cruisy areas in the Corpus Christi area. I'll be visiting in town from 12/25/08- 01/0/20/08. If you know of these, please let me know thanks.
