Can anybody vouch for that spot between Luray and New Market?
 

I have been reading about that spot across from the Visitors Center on Rt. 211 at the top of the mountain. Can anybody give me the latest and most accurate information on it? Is it safe? Do you score there often? Any tips on how to operate? I will be passing through there a couple of times over the next few weeks and might like to check it out.
