Where to Cruise?
 

I wanted to know if any of you guys could tell me some basic info on location and the behavior of the Apex and Bush river! What times are the best and what races or crowds seem to frequent these places. Any info is really appreciated! Any spots I have not mentioned as well! P street park, k and b! anything!
