Check out some "swing clubs" in your area,my state doesnt allow anything like that.
Then do a little homework to see if that specific club has any bi/gay crusing activitiy.
If that doesnt work there are a couple online sites that might work for you.....

I've got a profile on AFF and have "almost" hooked up but it's mostly guys who respond. Keep in mind that there are 10 times the number of singles guys looking for m/f couples as there are m/f couples looking for single guys there so be prepared to hook up with folks who are below your usual standards.

Craig's List has also been suggested but there doesn't seem to be many people who are looking for MMF 3 ways in my area.
