Yeah great first post. I always give them at least B2000 depending what I spend in drinks. I think Respect is the key word. I know they are doing a not easy job. I admire their body, so to break the ice I like speaking about their competition, their work out. I'm amazed by such devotion, such work to build so harmonious bodies.It's a fantasy for me
