Was in Tawan last Wednesday, the 5th. I have never seen so few customers there. Even at show time, not even half-full. They did however, have a good number of guys working. Meykin was the only "star" there. He did a brief appearance on the stage before the show, otherwise did not continually take a turn on the stage. He also didn't participate in the show at all. He usually does. Normally he's the one "star" that routinely shows it all.

However, the show itself was an abbreviated version. The entire thing lasted about 30 minutes. No "big cock" show and only two guys took part in the "jack-off" show. I was told that the show was shortened because "no customer." Hello, what am I?

Drink prices are up 300 THB for drink; off fee up too 500 THB now.

Personally, I think a sale would bring more customers, not higher prices. Cheaper drink prices would get me to buy more. You guarantee the customer is going to consider the drink his "cover charge" and nurse it. If the drinks were more reasonable, i'd buy more.

I realize these arguments are not new, and things aren't going to change anytime soon.

Also visited X-boys on Soi Twilight. I went with a friend otherwise, it's not a place I would have gone. The guys were fine, show was fine, drinks were 250 THB, don't know the off fee. The only thing I truly didn't care for was they allow cigarette smoking. Normally I would have just left when the smoking started, but since I was with someone, I stayed until after the show. The smoke is so bad, I left feeling ill.

The shouldn't allow smoking. Just comply with the law. The worse part was many of the offending smokers were staff. If you feel you need to break the law and allow smoking to ensure they have customers, at least limit the effects by not allowing staff to smoke.
