hope you're okay after the colonoscopy ordeal. anyway i share your view that tawan still has the best muscles around. and the bad press about it just seems to be overblown.

i've been told about up2, future boys and such but find them to be just okay. 1 or 2 big boys around that the rest are the ordinary boys.

btw what number is your fave in tawan? can you share what transpired on the last muscle competition in tawan
