Yep - CAUTION is the word. Now havind said that I do check these places out and participate. But don't jump out and go {remember if it seems TO GOOD to be true - maybe it's SETUP that way to trap you !!! }.
So rest stops and the like can be great but extra caution needed. The guy from Washington is Correct. And that place was one {of several} just North of Vancouver.
I would check out for a bit and Really know what's going on and don't play where anyone can see - or sneak up on you.
Doing your home work will make it safer, and in the end if something does not feel right - then wait for that good feel later.
Quite sure some office cops probably looking at this web site so am not going to give any more details to give them any advantages.
Sad that they spend their time trying to streatch the laws in order to catch folks doing what all of us need.
