I posted this question months ago, but got no responses. There used to be a forum where readers could post tips about where they needed to be careful about cops, bashers, etc. Then, somehow, it dropped out of sight. I don't know why. Perhaps cops and bashers themselves were abusing it. The column itself, linked from the home page used to be updated weekly. Not any more. For those of us who travel alot, it was very helpful. Could we start up a similar forum again ?
