There are a few places to hook up. The Earle theatre is always happenin, The Apex theatre I hear is good also. Bush River from what I understand is one hell of a place. The Eagle is usually pretty wild along with Club 1722. You are right Baltimore is not as wild as Washington or New York but you can usually find what you are looking for here.
